Initial System Deficiency Corrections

Upon commencement of CHELCO’s 50-year privatization contract at Eglin AFB, the first order of business was to address existing distribution system deficiencies. PPS assisted in this effort by re-working in excess of 100 Manhole’s containing Medium- Voltage conductors, re-work of existing transclosures and replacement with new pad-mount transformers and risers, forming and pouring new pad-mount transformer foundations and replacing end of life system components from regulators, transformers, capacitors, utility poles, and other medium-voltage distribution components.
