ERCIP Chiller & Lighting Upgrade

In support of the ERCIP program, PPS provided mechanical and electrical upgrades to the existing chiller plant, cooling towers and lighting within the 250,000 radar facility at Site C-6.

PPS provided project oversight and management of the mechanical activities that resulted in the replacement of three 500 Ton chillers, two 1000 Ton cooling towers, associated VFD’s motor controls, and communication.

PPS also provided lighting retrofit services for replacement of 1600 fluorescent lighting fixtures with new high efficiency LED fixtures and associated occupancy sensors and controls.
