We are excited to welcome Elizabeth Runion to the PPS team as our newest Executive Assistant. With a strong background in hospitality management and operations, Elizabeth brings a detail-driven mindset, a passion for organization, and a people-first approach to supporting leadership and company initiatives.

A South Carolina native, Elizabeth was born and raised in Greenville and has gradually made her way down the state. Today, she is enjoying life in the Lowcountry, calling Charleston home and embracing everything the coastal lifestyle has to offer.

Elizabeth earned her Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from the University of South Carolina, graduating in 2024. Following graduation, she launched her professional career in operations at a well-known beach and golf resort, where she gained hands-on experience in management, organization, and customer service while thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Transitioning into a new industry was an exciting challenge, and Elizabeth’s operational background translated seamlessly into her current role at PPS. As an Executive Assistant, she supports leadership while managing detail-oriented, high-impact work that helps keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.

What drew Elizabeth to PPS was not only the role itself, but also the company’s strong benefits and long-term stability. That support allows her to remain focused, committed, and fully invested in delivering her best work.

Her favorite part of the job is seeing plans and ideas come together. One especially rewarding experience was helping bring the PPS Operations Team Meeting in Destin from planning through execution, an example of the collaboration and vision that energizes her work.

Outside of work, Elizabeth enjoys staying active with long walks, spending time at the beach with friends, and exploring Charleston’s local cuisine.
