We are excited to welcome Courtney Chasteen to the PPS team! With a diverse background spanning real estate, travel, construction, and government contracting, Courtney brings a dynamic and solutions-driven mindset to her new role at PPS.

Originally from a small town in Mississippi, Courtney has called Panama City home since 2006. Though her academic background is in the medical field, her passion for organizing complex projects and driving them to successful completion led her to pivot into project management—first in real estate and travel, and later into construction and property management. As a Licensed Community Association Manager, she oversaw a portfolio of high-profile private communities along 30A, eventually transitioning into the role of Construction Coordinator. These experiences laid a strong foundation for her more recent work supporting the Panama City Naval Surface Warfare Center in government contracting over the past six years.

What drew Courtney to PPS was the company’s culture of ownership and accountability—values she lives by in both her professional and personal life. The PPS principle, “If it doesn’t work: Own it, Change it,” resonated deeply with her commitment to taking initiative and solving problems proactively. She’s excited to contribute to a team that thrives on collaboration and innovation.

Courtney’s favorite part of the job is being part of a team that tackles complex challenges together. She finds immense satisfaction in developing clear, effective game plans and seeing projects through to completion—checked boxes are her love language!

Outside of work, Courtney is always up for an adventure. She enjoys hiking, sailing, fishing, paintball, gardening, and reading. She shares her life with three beloved dogs—a Border Collie, German Shepherd, and Doberman—though Tucker, her loyal sidekick, is never far from her side. Ever curious and committed to growth, she’s currently pursuing her scuba certification and recently discovered a new thrill in skydiving. She’s looking forward to exploring drop zones across the country.

As if that weren’t enough, Courtney is also in the process of restoring a vintage 1957 Laredo Cruiseliner outboard boat and hopes to have it on the water by the end of the summer. And if there’s live music nearby, you can bet she’ll be there.

We are thrilled to have Courtney on board and look forward to the energy, creativity, and leadership she brings to PPS!
