We hosted four days of hands-on training at our PPS Training Center with AVO Training Institute | Electrical Safety, focused on medium voltage splicing, terminations, and testing. Massive thanks to the AVO team — this was the most thorough and high-quality training we’ve ever had.
Our crews will complete thousands of these terminations this year. Getting certified isn’t just a box to check — it’s part of leveling up, delivering better projects, and building confidence in the field.
At PPS, we keep it simple:
Did we invest in our people this year?
Are they more marketable because they were here?
Do they walk away with a greater ability to provide for their families — both now and in the future?
That’s the bar. And that’s the point.
