Tribal and Territory Grants: Diesel Emissions Reduction Act
The EPA is offering $8 million through the DERA program specifically for Tribal governments, Alaska Native Villages, or other select government agencies! Eligible projects include diesel emissions reduction solutions like retrofit technologies, idle reduction, aerodynamic tech, low rolling resistance tires, engine replacements, and certified vehicle or equipment upgrades. Don’t miss out—apply by December 6th, 2024!
EXTENDED DEADLINE! We have previously shared this opportunity regarding the $1.3 billion up for grabs for state, regional, Tribal, and local governments targeting charging stations at multi-family housing and popular destinations. The application deadline has been extended to September 11, 2024!

They offer direct loans and partial loan guarantees to federally recognized Tribes, including Alaska Native village or regional corporations, and Tribal Energy Development Organizations (TEDOs) owned by these Tribes.
